Sofa.com offers a simple and fair returns and refund policy designed to make your experience worry-free. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. A restocking charge applies, either £50 or 10 percent of the item’s value, whichever is higher, and the initial delivery cost is non-refundable. Bespoke or custom-made pieces are excluded from returns, and modular designs are eligible for store credit only.
