Missoma free delivery is available on UK orders over £100, while orders below £100 cost £3.95 for standard delivery via Royal Mail or InPost, usually arriving within 2–3 working days. Missoma Return & Refund Policy 

Missoma accepts returns within 60 days from the date your order is received. Returns must be submitted through the online returns portal, as items bought online or elsewhere cannot be returned to a Missoma store. Refunds are processed within 14 days of Missoma receiving the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.
