Free delivery is available on orders over £35, while orders below this amount are charged a £3.95 standard delivery fee. Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 working days, with deliveries made Monday to Saturday between 9am and 7pm. Please note that Express Delivery is currently unavailable, and personalised candles are dispatched separately from standard items. Free delivery does not apply to the UK Highlands and Islands, and a small number of products cannot be delivered to Northern Ireland and certain British Isles locations due to transport restrictions.
